Two Exciting Projects Leaving The Studio

This week we have had the pleasure to work on two exciting projects for major events launching in London in the coming week.  The first was a screen print for Hattie Stewart and Saatchi & Saatchi, for their exhibition There's A Good Girl that runs at the Assembly Rooms until the 19th December.  The edition of 50 was a two colour screen print on Real Silver 250 gsm paper.  There is also an interesting article about the show in the Independent Newspaper here.

The second series of works were for the launch of the third issue of Riposte Magazine.  Taking place at the Old White Cube Space on Hoxton Square, the digital prints on display were created in the studio using our Epsom Printers.  You can order a copy of the new publication here.

Caroline Bergvall for The Rhodes Project

In early 2013 we completed a very exciting project for artist Caroline Bergvall, the current Writer in Residence at the Whitechapel Art Gallery, London.  In 2012 she was commissioned by the Rhodes Project in London to develop an art work celebrating the 1140 female Rhodes scholars. We helped realise the large 150 x 100 cm final work, screen printing and gold leafing on to Somerset Tub Sized paper. Swiss based graphic designer Pablo Lavalley helped conceptualise the idea for the design. This art work was presented in the course of the 110th celebration of the first Rhodes Scholarships in September 2013 at Rhodes House, Oxford.  Here are some pictures of the work taking shape.  Please take a look Caroline's website for further information about this project and other commissions she is currently completing.
